Keystone Property Finance is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join the IT team. You will act as the first point of contact for users and brokers, supporting systems and providing good customer service.

The role is predominantly office-based with one day per week from home after probation. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you will collaborate across departments to understand needs and deliver practical solutions.

• Triage IT support requests from internal staff and external customers.
• Provide general IT support for the Kings Hill office.
