Job summary

Computacenter in Hatfield is seeking a Junior Service Delivery Manager to support IT service management, incident handling, and service reporting. You’ll work with Service Delivery colleagues to ensure stability and alignment with business needs.

This role provides hands-on exposure to ITIL practices, performance data analysis, and continual improvement activities. On-site 1-2 days per week with hybrid options, you’ll build relationships across IT and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Support service reviews, governance, and reporting.
• Track incidents, service issues, and trends; escalate as needed.
• Assist with major incidents and service disruptions support.
• Help drive problem management outcomes and root-cause analysis.
• Prepare service review materials and performance reports.
• Assist with post-incident reviews and action tracking.
• Support change requests to existing services.
• Support service transition and acceptance activities.
• Build relationships with IT teams and business users.
• Analyze service data to identify recurring issues or risks.
• Contribute to continual service improvement initiatives.
• Escalate risks, issues, or dependencies to senior colleagues.
