Job summary

BCN Group Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to deliver multiple client projects in a fast-paced technology environment. Based from Manchester or Leeds, you will plan, govern, and coordinate delivery, ensuring on-time, within-budget outputs.

You will build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, manage risks and changes, and drive delivery momentum across workstreams, with hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects from initiation through to completion.
• Strong expertise in project planning, governance, stakeholder management, and risk management.
• Ability to manage budgets, scope, and deadlines across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end project plans that maximise delivery efficiency and momentum.
• Own day-to-day project coordination, governance, and reporting.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently with effective prioritisation.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, dependencies and decisions.
• Establish clear communication channels with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor budget, forecasts, scope and change control to protect commercial interests.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure timely delivery and delivery readiness.
