Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with budgets, forecasts and resource plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting activities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, resource forecasts and delivery schedules.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies and change throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate activities across business teams, technical specialists, third-party suppliers and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress against objectives, budgets and timelines.
• Support project estimation activities, including budget planning and resource forecasting.
• Produce clear and concise project reporting for programme teams and senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and governance forums.
• Ensure adherence to organisational policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Track project performance through reporting and delivery metrics.
• Manage supplier engagement and delivery activities where required.
• Escalate risks and issues and support resolution activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.
• Support teams in achieving delivery objectives and resolving operational challenges.
