Job summary

You will manage day-to-day infrastructure, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to FCA/PRA conduct rules while coordinating with stakeholders for deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years IT experience in financial/banking sector.
• At least 2 years in managing staff or teams in a cross-functional setup.
• Hybrid work arrangement with Central London office (3 days/wk).

Responsibilities

• Strategize and prioritize cybersecurity initiatives for the London branch in collaboration with Group IT Security.
• Stay updated on threats and escalate risks promptly.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and FCA/PRA related requirements.
• Develop and test incident response plans and coordinate security incidents.
• Raise cybersecurity awareness and conduct annual training/workshops.
• Maintain and enforce IT policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Provide secondary/tertiary support with Group Technology.
• Coordinate installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
