Job summary

Ashdown Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager & Service Delivery Manager to join their Technology Team in Kingston, Surrey. You will coordinate across technical teams, business stakeholders and suppliers, manage RAID logs and milestones, and provide clear delivery visibility.

Qualifications

• Prince2 and agile project governance experience.
• Proven track record delivering IT and infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management within regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT and infrastructure projects with structured governance and clear milestones.
• Own RAID logs, risks, issues and dependencies; provide regular status updates.
• Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders and suppliers to align on scope and budget.
• Manage service delivery activities, incidents, reviews and post-incident follow-ups.
• Identify improvements to delivery processes and drive continuous improvement.
