Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Governance: translate priorities into clear project plans and milestones.
• Reporting & Stakeholder Management: provide visible RAID status and progress updates.
• Financial & Supplier Management: track budgets, forecast costs and supplier spend.
• Service & Incident Management: coordinate incidents and post-incident reviews.
• Continuous Improvement: implement better delivery processes and tooling.
