Job summary

Hampshire County Council is seeking an IT Auditor to deliver IT audit assignments using a risk-based approach for a portfolio of public sector partners. You will collaborate with internal IT audit and client managers to identify risks and design testing programs.

You will also lead and coach staff, plan workloads to meet deadlines, and report findings to senior stakeholders. The role offers hybrid working and a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Qualified in IT audit with post-qualification experience.
• Experience in IT environments to identify and evaluate client risk areas.
• Ability to manage and control audits to professional and quality standards and within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT audit assignments using a risk-based approach across public sector partners.
• Lead and coach audit staff; plan workloads to achieve the audit plan on time and to high standards.
