Job summary

Accenture plc is seeking an Enterprise Operating Model Manager to advise boards and executive teams on transforming operating models in the age of AI. You will shape how decisions are made, accountability flows, and work is distributed between humans and AI across diverse client contexts.

You will work at board level, contributing to enterprise structure, governance design, and capability-building to deliver growth, productivity and agility.

Qualifications

• University degree in economics, psychology, STEM; MBA or PhD advantageous.
• Consulting or professional services experience preferred.
