Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an Integration Architect to lead the design and assurance of hybrid integration solutions within a large-scale public sector digital transformation programme. You will define standards and guide technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient architectures.

Working with client teams and stakeholders, you will ensure migration and modernization initiatives align with business objectives, while governance, risk, and compliance are embedded in every solution.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Integration Architect in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to design and implement hybrid integration solutions.
• Experience defining architecture artefacts and integration standards.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work across technical and business teams and support transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration architecture strategy for modernization and migration initiatives.
• Design and assure hybrid integration solutions across cloud and on-premise.
• Define and maintain architecture artefacts, patterns, and standards.
• Collaborate with client teams and stakeholders to deliver business-critical solutions.
• Drive architecture governance, ensuring quality, security, and compliance.
• Support refactoring activities and migration planning.
• Identify risks and opportunities for improvement; provide technical leadership.
