R13 Recruitment Ltd is partnering with an insurtech business to recruit an Implementation Specialist for their London team. You will translate client requirements into the technology platform, configure products, and train clients through to a successful launch, with two days per week in the London office and international travel opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in commercial lines insurance, strong analytical skills, and a customer-focused, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
• Good knowledge of commercial insurance terminology and classes of business.
• Commercial, personable and confident with client relationships.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation and onboarding of new insurance clients.
• Understand client products and requirements.
• Review pricing structures, rating rules, policy documents and product information.
• Translate insurance requirements into the technology platform.
• Configure and test products, identifying issues and improvements.
• Provide client training and support through to successful implementation.
• Maintain implementation documentation and look for ways to improve the process.
• Identify potential opportunities for growth within clients and refer back to the wider team.
• Attend client meetings, events and expos, with opportunities for travel.
