Qualifications

• No underwriting experience required.
• Background in insurance, claims, banking, customer service or administration may be considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop in underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Support underwriters with operational and administrative tasks.
• Process and maintain insurance information accurately.
• Prepare and issue policy documents.
• Create and amend insurance quotes.
• Manage tasks and workflows in Dynamics 365.
• Review survey reports and track actions.
• Assist renewal activity and pipeline management.
• Respond to broker and internal inquiries by phone and email.
• Identify missing or incomplete details in records.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, finance and other teams.
