Job summary

Sellick Partnership is seeking an experienced Insurance Officer to join a busy organisation in Bradford. You will manage the insurance portfolio, handle liability and property claims, maintain policy records, and provide specialist advice to stakeholders.

Reporting to the Insurance Manager, the role offers a supportive environment with hybrid working and opportunities to develop risk management and financial protection strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, risk management, or claims handling.
• Experience liaising with insurers/brokers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the organisation's insurance portfolio.
• Act as first point of contact for insurance queries.
• Investigate and coordinate liability and property claims from notification to resolution.
• Liaise with insurers, brokers, loss adjusters and solicitors to progress claims.
• Maintain records and databases for claims and policy information.
• Prepare renewal information and support procurement processes.
• Analyse claims data and advise on risk/ cost-reduction measures.
• Support risk management strategies and reporting.
