Job summary

WTW is seeking a full-time Account Executive to support the growth of its Direct and Facultative offering across Property and Casualty (Re)Insurance. You will work with brokers, prepare submissions, and navigate London Market processes, while delivering tailored client service and revenue growth across a portfolio of large placements.

You will collaborate with US colleagues, manage renewals, and strengthen relationships with clients and markets.

Qualifications

• Degree level education or comparable industry experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Relevant insurance industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support brokers in the negotiation and placement of complex liability insurance programs.
• Prepare underwriting submissions for distribution to London insurers.
• Demonstrate knowledge of London Market Reform Contracts incl. quote, binder, policy review.
• Undertake renewal market presentations/negotiations; make recommendations.
• Optimize revenue from new and existing clients through placement support and markets.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects; grow relationships with US teams.
• Ensure compliant processing of contracts per FCA and contract certainty requirements.
