Job summary

Fidostra in London is seeking a Relationship Manager to oversee institutional client relationships and support delivery of loan agency mandates and financing transactions. You will be the principal point of contact for clients, borrowers, lenders, sponsors and advisers, ensuring requirements are understood and services are delivered consistently.

The role combines client coverage, mandate coordination and transaction oversight.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in loan agency, syndicated lending, or related fields.
• Experience in banks, corporate trust or asset managers advantageous.
• Strong understanding of loan transactions and relevant finance documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with institutional clients and referral sources.
• Act as principal contact for assigned client relationships and loan mandates.
• Understand financing structures and Fidostra’s roles in finance documents.
• Coordinate onboarding, mandate acceptance and new client relationships.
• Support accurate and timely service delivery with Transaction Managers.
• Monitor live mandates, events, deliverables and client requests.
• Participate in mandate discussions, calls, and closings.
• Review documents to identify operational requirements.
• Prepare mandate proposals and onboarding information.
• Coordinate responses to client inquiries and issues.
• Maintain communication with borrowers, lenders and advisers.
• Support amendments, waivers, and restructuring as applicable.
• Monitor service quality and seek client feedback.
• Identify new mandate opportunities from client relationships.
