Job summary

At AtkinsRéalis UK Limited is seeking an Associate Director/Associate or Senior Project Manager for our NS&NI Infrastructure Delivery practice, based from our Glasgow office. The role blends agile working with client site presence, delivering major multi-disciplinary projects from inception to handover.

You will lead teams, manage scope, cost and schedule, and build strong client relationships across water, defence, nuclear and urban sectors. Travel across the UK is expected.

Qualifications

• Chartered engineer/architect/PM with demonstrable experience managing the design and/or construction on large infrastructure projects.
• Experience with NEC3 or NEC4 or bespoke contracts.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and work at client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the project to agreed targets: programme, budget and quality.
• Lead and develop the project team, motivate and coach members.
• Coordinate with clients and partners; manage risk and commercial aspects.
• Assemble and own the project delivery programme and invoicing controls, ensuring successful handover.
