Job summary

AtkinsRéalis are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Infrastructure PDP in the NS&NI practice, based in Newcastle or Stockton-on-Tees. You will manage projects from inception to completion, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams across design, engineering, and construction.

The role blends agile office work with client sites and offices. You will lead governance, budgets, and schedules, ensure safety, and mentor junior staff while liaising with clients to deliver successful

Qualifications

• PM/engineering background with design management and contract administration experience.
• APM PMQ or equivalent recognised level of competence desirable.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary design teams on infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project management and contract administration through project life cycle.
• Lead the project team and engage with clients to confirm requirements and scope.
• Monitor governance, budget, and programme against targets; manage risk and change.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure safety and quality standards.
