Job summary

Carnival UK is seeking a Manager, Technology Delivery to lead the delivery of our technology strategy and major infrastructure projects. You will coordinate across teams, manage budgets and governance, and ensure solutions meet security and resilience standards. This is a fixed-term, hybrid role with up to two days from home.

Positioned within our delivery structure, you will engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive value and ensure delivery excellence across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and communication.
• Experience leading technical teams and translating for business.
• Proven governance capabilities including budget management.

Responsibilities

• Mobilise initiatives through our intake process and define scope, schedule and delivery plans.
• Run project meetings, manage risks/issues/dependencies and report progress.
• Ensure funding traceability and adherence to forecast and spend.
• Deliver infrastructure projects (e.g., network and server) and ensure resilience and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver prioritised value and governance.
