Job summary

Carnival UK is seeking a Manager, Technology Delivery to lead the implementation of multiple technology projects and initiatives that underpin our strategy and deliver unforgettable holiday happiness for guests.

You will mobilise initiatives, define scope and delivery plans, manage budgets and risks, and report progress, while working in a hybrid pattern with up to two days from home on a fixed-term contract until 2 July 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering infrastructure projects.
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Experience leading technical teams and communicating with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, schedule and delivery plans; run project meetings; manage risks, issues and dependencies; provide progress reporting.
• Ensure appropriate funding and track forecast vs spend.
• Deliver change projects across infrastructure services (e.g., Network Access Control, out-of-band management).
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver prioritised value and ensure resilience, security and operational excellence.
