Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in industrial engineering or process analysis.
• Proficient in data analysis using Excel, SQL, or statistical tools.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing concepts and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and ability to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of current operational processes and identify inefficiencies.
• Collect and analyze data on production output, cycle times, resource use, and quality metrics.
• Develop process maps, flowcharts, and documentation to visualize workflows.
• Propose and help implement practical solutions to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Support Lean principles and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports and present findings and recommendations to management and teams.
