Qualifications

• Experience of working with people with multiple and complex needs.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft 365 and Teams/Skype.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Experience delivering services to meet contractual/quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance targets and KPIs.
• Progressively manage a caseload of customers with a learning disability.
• Undertake in-depth assessments to understand barriers to progression.
• Collaborate with participants and employers to create tailored solutions.
• Develop SMART action plans and coordinate support services.
• Maintain IT records and data to required compliance.
