Job summary

Hozah, an innovative SaaS business revolutionizing parking payments, seeks an Onboarding Manager in Croydon. You’ll lead the team responsible for onboarding new car parks and maintaining existing ones, coordinating with Sales and Tech Ops to assess deals, equipment, and CAPEX forecasts.

You’ll own the onboarding lifecycle from scheme design to live deployment, supervise procurement, installation, tariff logic and configuration, and oversee site maintenance with external contractors.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in onboarding and site maintenance within the parking management industry.
• Experience as an engineer moving into project management.
• Ability to review and approve scheme designs and manage CAPEX-related projects.
• Proven coordination with external contractors and quotes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience using Jira for issue tracking and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding team to install and go live on new car parks.
• Collaborate with Head of Sales and Tech Ops to assess deals, equipment, and CAPEX.
• Own end-to-end onboarding projects, from design to live operation.
• Oversee site maintenance and coordinate external contractors.
• Work with Customer Service to review high-ticket tickets and ensure timely issue resolution.
