Job summary

Tesco Technology is seeking a seasoned IAM specialist to drive security across Identity Governance, Protection and Privileged Access. You will collaborate with Security, Product, Engineering, Operations and Programme teams to plan, design and implement remediation strategies.

You will mentor colleagues, contribute to policy and standards, and help shape tooling and processes to strengthen Tesco's security posture across technology teams and business units.

Qualifications

• Extensive IAM experience across IGA, protection and PAM.
• Strong ability to author security policies and standards.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams on remediation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvements across teams to enhance security posture.
• Act as SME for IAM topics and mentor others.
• Analyse data to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate remediation and implementation of large-scale security projects.
