Job summary

Investigo is seeking an Identity & Access Management Engineer (AI Chops) for Coventry or London. You will design AI-driven IAM initiatives, leverage Microsoft Entra ID, and build governance controls while collaborating with engineers, security teams, and stakeholders.

The role is hybrid (1–2 days per week) with a £55,000 base and a discretionary bonus. Ideal candidates combine a strong technical IAM background with AI awareness, can translate complex requirements, and lead impactful identity

Qualifications

• Must understand authentication, authorization, RBAC/ABAC/PBAC, and Zero Trust.
• Experience designing or leading AI-driven IAM initiatives in cybersecurity.
• Ability to analyze logs, sign-in patterns, and identity telemetry.
• Expertise with Microsoft Entra ID users, groups, app registrations, tenants, and governance.
• Experience with AD engineering including GPOs, LDAP, and hybrid identity.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead AI-driven IAM initiatives to reduce risk.
• Build controls that modernize identity governance.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, security teams, and architects.
• Mentor and coach team members while removing blockers.
