Johnson Controls in Leeds is seeking a Sales Engineer for IREF to drive large-scale HVAC project sales. You will build long-term relationships with FM contractors and end users, and apply our standard sales processes to win complex bids.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in IREF industry with chillers, heat pumps and HVAC products.
• Knowledge and understanding of selling service maintenance contracts.
• Track record with End Users, FMs and contractors and building strong relationships to increase sales.
• Business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Ability to inspire and influence internally and externally.
• Commercially astute and proactive in sales strategy.
• Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sale of project works to FM's contractors and end user customers, building long-term relationships and applying defined sales processes to increase revenue.
• Manage large-scale, complex bids and coordinate with wider teams to ensure quality bid submissions.
