Job summary

GKN Aerospace is recruiting an enthusiastic Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Advisor for our Luton manufacturing plant. You will support the HSE Lead to drive safety culture, environmental sustainability and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the HSE Lead, you will deliver practical solutions, coordinate training, and assist in audits and certifications. This role offers hybrid working options up to one day per week and opportunities for career growth within a

Qualifications

Experience in a Health, Safety and Environment role within manufacturing/industrial environment.
Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
Experience supporting risk assessments, incident investigations and compliance activities.
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Support the HSE Lead in delivering Health, Safety and Environmental strategy and objectives.
Embed a positive HSE culture through leadership and engagement.
Maintain HSE policies, standards and procedures at the site.
Provide HSE advice to managers, supervisors and employees.
Lead risk assessments, safe systems of work and workplace inspections.
