Job summary

Spinwell is recruiting for an HR Service Centre Assistant (Workforce Planning) for an excellent opportunity within the public sector. The role is based in Sheffield with hybrid working, two days per week in the office, and a contract ending 31 August 2026.

You will support the HR Shared Services function with administrative, transactional, and operational tasks, handling moves in the system and contributing to a flexible, data-driven service across Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee

Qualifications

• Experience in a workforce planning team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience in customer service and data accuracy.
• Understanding of data analytics and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Shared Services with administrative, transactional, and operational assistance.
• Handle post and officer/staff moves in the system.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Onboarding and Employee Relations to provide a flexible service.
• Deliver system administration support for Oracle Guided Learning.
