Job summary

Liberty is seeking an HR Business Partner in Birmingham with travel to other Liberty offices as required. The role focuses on employee relations, disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management, and organisational change.

CIPD Level 5 is required, Level 7 desirable, UK employment law knowledge is essential, and a driving licence is preferred. The position offers hybrid working with some homeworking, 40 hours per week, and a potential car allowance.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is required.
• CIPD Level 7 is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation is essential.
• Experience with TUPE and organisational change is preferred.
• Ability to advise managers on employee relations issues.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business to provide a pragmatic, accurate HR service on a day-to-day basis.
• Advise managers on disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management.
• Assist with organisational change (TUPE, restructures) and related projects.
• Travel to Liberty offices as required and support across sites.
