Job summary

Mundipharma is seeking an HR Generalist in Cambridge, UK, operating on a hybrid model with 2–3 days per week in the office. The role delivers day‑to‑day HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, ER matters, data integrity, and annual HR cycles.

You will work with global and local policies, maintain HRIS records, and partner with stakeholders to ensure compliant, timely service delivery. CIPD or equivalent is desirable, and prior HR advisory experience is favored.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• CIPD certification or equivalent desirable.
• Proven experience as HR Generalist/Advisor in a similar sized company.
• Experience supporting Employee Relations cases.
• Experience in a global environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end lifecycle activities including onboarding, amendments, leaves, transfers and offboarding.
• Act as first point of contact for employees and managers, delivering guidance on policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records in the HRIS and payroll data; ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate annual cycles such as performance, talent & succession, engagement, and reward reviews.
• Manage Employee Relations cases including absence, performance, conduct, grievances, and probation reviews.
• Escalate complex or high‑risk ER matters to Senior HR Business Partners or Legal.
• Generate workforce reports and dashboards with commentary on trends (headcount, turnover, absence).
• Support strategic HR projects and streamline processes.
