Mundipharma in Cambridge is seeking an HR Generalist to deliver day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle with a focus on employee relations. You will act as the first point of contact for staff and managers, advising on policy, maintaining data accuracy, and handling routine cases such as absence, performance, and probation in a timely, compliant manner.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• CIPD or equivalent certification is desirable.
• Experience in HR Generalist roles in similarly sized organisations.
• Experience supporting Employee Relations cases.
• Experience in global environment desirable.
• Knowledge of local labour laws and global regulations.

Mansioni

• Coordinate end-to-end Employee Lifecycle activities including onboarding and offboarding.
• Provide HR advisory and operations support to employees and managers.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and payroll inputs.
• Coordinate annual performance, talent, and reward cycles.
• Support recruitment through interview scheduling and offers.
• Manage routine Employee Relations cases in line with local laws.
• Escalate complex/high-risk HR matters to senior partners or legal.
• Generate workforce reports and dashboards for planning.
• Support cross-team HR projects and process improvements.
