Job summary

Welsh Ambulance Services University NHS Trust is seeking two People Services Senior Advisors (permanent and secondment) to deliver a high-quality People Service across Wales. The role supports managers on employee relations, sickness absence and recruitment, promoting customer-care excellence and compliance with performance targets.

Both posts require travel to sites across Wales; one is permanent and the other is a fixed-term maternity cover.

Qualifications

• A degree in a professionally related subject or equivalent experience in WF&OD.
• Postgraduate qualification in HRM or equivalent practical experience.
• Membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD preferred).
• Evidence of continuous professional development (CPD).

Responsibilities

• Support managers with employee relations processes, including attendance, investigations and disciplinary hearings.
• Assist with documentation for formal processes and ensure timely, accurate records.
• Collaborate with People and Culture colleagues to deliver comprehensive services aligned to strategy and plans.
• Travel across Wales to sites as required and promote inclusive, customer-care focused service.
