Job summary

Roselands Resourcing Ltd is partnering with a well established, growing organisation to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner. This high impact role works with senior leaders to shape the people agenda and drive business outcomes across multiple sites.

Reporting into the HR Director, you will provide practical HR advice, navigate complex employee relations, support change programmes and develop leaders. The role is hybrid, based in Wokingham with travel along the M4 corridor.

Qualifications

• Solid, traditional HR route with progression from admin to HRBP/HR Manager.
• Experience in a shared service HR model.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience in a multi-site or geographically dispersed business.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR advice to senior leaders and managers.
• Handle employee relations including complex cases.
• Support organisational change, workforce planning and design.
• Coach and develop managers.
• Use people data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Partner with shared service teams to deliver an effective HR service.
• Promote a commercially focused approach to people management across the business.
