Job summary

Luminate Education Group is recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders, drive people solutions, and lead workforce change. You will provide trusted HR advice, use data to shape workforce planning and support group‑wide transformation programmes.

Based at Park Lane Campus with hybrid working; you will engage with trade unions and influence management decisions to deliver effective HR outcomes across the Leeds group.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification with willingness to progress to Level 7.
• Strong knowledge of HR, OD best practice and employment relations.
• Experience managing complex cases including disciplinaries, grievances, performance, redundancy, restructuring and TUPE.
• Significant experience delivering a customer‑focussed HRBP service for senior leaders.
• Proven track record delivering HR projects and organisational change.
• Excellent relationship building, coaching, influencing and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted HR advice and partner with senior leaders and managers.
• Use data to identify needs and develop practical people solutions.
• Lead HR projects including restructures, TUPE and transformation programmes.
• Advise on complex employee relations matters and liaise with legal advisors.
• Coach managers on people management, talent and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with trade unions and HR/OD colleagues to support an employer of choice.
