Luminate Education Group is recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders, drive people solutions, and lead workforce change. You will provide trusted HR advice, use data to shape workforce planning and support group‑wide transformation programmes.
Based at Park Lane Campus with hybrid working; you will engage with trade unions and influence management decisions to deliver effective HR outcomes across the Leeds group.
Luminate Education Group looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team of five, reporting to the Deputy HR Director. Working within a hub model, you will partner with a diverse range of curriculum and non‑curriculum teams across the organisation, building strong relationships and providing tailored HR support to meet their needs.
Working closely with senior leaders and managers, you will provide trusted, focused HR advice, support organisational change and develop practical people solutions that help our teams and group to thrive.
Hybrid working is available for this role, with the main base at Park Lane Campus, centrally located in Leeds and providing a vibrant and accessible environment.
