Personal Group is offering a People Team Apprentice role in Milton Keynes, with hybrid working (two days a week) and a path to a Level 3 HR qualification. You will gain hands-on experience across HR activities, providing administrative support and progressing with additional responsibilities as you develop.

You will join a team driving employee benefits, wellbeing and engagement, while learning HR systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of HR administration and confidentiality.
• Level 2 Functional Skills or GCSE English and maths.
• Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn HR systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day activities of the People Team across HR functions.
• Provide accurate administrative support including document prep, records and notes.
• Administer employee lifecycle in the HR system: onboarding, background checks, records, leavers.
• Support Talent Acquisition with screening, communications and shortlisting.
• Assist Learning & Development: e-learning admin, training materials, course delivery.
