Job summary

Mamas & Papas is seeking an HR/ER Advisor to deliver end-to-end Employee Relations support and drive HR projects. The role emphasises proactive problem solving, governance and coaching for managers, within a fast-paced People & Experience team.

Based at our Huddersfield Head Office with hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home), you will work across Employee Relations, HR Operations and policy compliance to support colleagues and maintain high standards across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Relations and HR projects
• Ability to conduct root-cause analysis and develop practical solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end Employee Relations support across the business
• Lead HR projects and process improvements
• Support and coach line managers on ER issues and governance
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements
