Job summary

Curo is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our contact centre, handling a range of enquiries from residents, contractors and the public. You’ll provide accurate information, resolve issues at first contact where possible and use several systems simultaneously to update records.

The role emphasizes empathy, strong communication and the ability to thrive in a busy environment. Hybrid working is offered after probation, with a mix of office and home-based days.
