Responsibilities include day-to-day caseload management, supporting partners on complex matters, supervising juniors, and involvement in marketing and business development. Strong communication and IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with 3+ years PQE to manage own caseload.
• IT literate with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong commercial awareness and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the day to day running of a caseload
• Support partners on larger and more complex matters
• Supervise more junior team members including paralegals
• Get involved in marketing and business development in a client focused manner
• Interact directly with clients, manage expectations and deadlines
