Job summary

iwoca is seeking a Growth Product Manager to own the funnel from first visit to loan application for German businesses. You’ll work with a data scientist and engineers, shaping hypotheses and running experiments from first principles.

You’ll partner with marketing, sales and commercial strategy to optimize acquisition, activation and attribution, and help build a fast, frictionless signup journey for SMEs. The role is hybrid, based in London or Berlin.

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition and activation outcomes for the German market.
• Define hypotheses and run experiments with engineering, data, marketing and sales.
• Design, run and interpret A/B tests across messaging, targeting and signup flows.
• Collaborate with data scientist and engineers to ship lead scoring and signup improvements.
• Act as the technical partner for attribution, tracking and data pipelines.
