Job summary

Neutreeno Limited in Cambridge is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own the metrics, build the pipeline, and connect marketing to measurable business outcomes. You’ll lead marketing at Neutreeno and be fully accountable for the pipeline with no set team to inherit.

The first 90 days focus on shipping: measurement infrastructure, content engine including CRM, and the initial paid campaigns. This role operates on a hybrid model with 3 days/week in the Cambridge office, with remote options for

Qualifications

• First or second marketing hire at a startup, with ownership.
• 6+ years across the full marketing lifecycle at fast-growing tech companies (B2B SaaS preferred).
• Proven track record of connecting marketing efforts to MQL generation and revenue.
• Strong writing ability for a challenger brand where copy does strategic work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee attribution model and measurement dashboard to ground conversations in data.
• Own weekly marketing performance and optimization reports.
• Run quarterly paid campaigns end-to-end: planning, execution, retrospection.
• Publish long-form content monthly translating climate science to business language.
• Build case studies and customer stories to position offerings and close deals.
• Shape and manage Neutreeno's PR framework to secure speaking slots and media placements.
