Job summary

Neutreeno, a Cambridge-based emissions-to-performance platform, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to own and ship core features across the stack. You will craft responsive React UIs, build Node.js/Python services, and deploy to AWS, shaping architecture and product direction with a small, high-ownership team.

You’ll use AI coding tools and agentic workflows to maximize impact, collaborating with product, design and leadership.

Qualifications

• 7 or more years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on with full-stack React/TypeScript and Node.js.
• Strong AWS experience and cloud-native deployment.
• Experience using AI coding tools and AI workflows.
• Proven track record shipping high-quality software at pace.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship robust full-stack features end-to-end.
• Contribute to architectural decisions balancing speed and scalability.
