Job summary

Benefact Group in Gloucester is seeking a Group Procurement Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on managing supplier relationships, ensuring value and governance, and mitigating third-party risk within a hybrid working model.

The successful candidate will support sourcing, tendering, and due diligence, while coordinating with stakeholders across the business to maintain contract records and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of PRA SS2/21 Material Outsourcing and Third-Party Risk Management, PRA SS1/21 Operational Resilience, FCA Rulebook, EIOPA DORA, and EBA outsourcing guidance.
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers.
• Experience identifying risks and performing due diligence to mitigate them.
• Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels and provide constructive challenge.
• Experience assessing financial state from records such as credit ratings, reports and accounts.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and selection of suppliers, including tendering, contract development and due diligence.
• Manage supplier relationships and contract records throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Assess and monitor supplier risks including contract criticality and financial stability.
• Address procurement framework compliance gaps and regulatory requirements.
• Support Procure-to-Pay processes and ensure purchasing aligns with company policies.
