Qualifications

• Understand regulations for critical contracts (PRA SS2/21, PRA SS1/21, FCA Rulebook, EIOPA DORA, EBA outsourcing).
• Ability to assess supplier risk and perform due diligence.
• Experience evaluating supplier financial health and performance.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing, tendering, contract development, and due diligence per procurement policies.
• Manage supplier relationships and contract records through lifecycle.
• Assess supplier risks including financial stability and compliance with governance.
• Address procurement framework compliance gaps and aid resolution.
• Support Procure-to-Pay processes and guidance on purchasing activities.
