Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a Group Management Accountant for a hospitality and foodservice group with multi-site operations. The role sits in a small central finance team, reporting to a Director and supporting budgeting and statutory reporting.

Hybrid role requiring 2–3 days on site. You will manage month-end, site/brand P&L packs, KPI reporting, cash flow and intercompany activity while driving data automation and improved reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or part-qualified with strong experience.
• Proven month-end, reconciliation and management reporting experience.
• Strong Excel skills with POS data and ERP or consolidation tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow across multiple entities.
• Produce site and brand-level P&L packs with variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year.
• Own weekly and monthly KPI reporting, including sales mix, labour %, food cost % and EBITDA by site.
• Monitor cash and working capital, including weekly cash forecasting, settlements, supplier terms, VAT and PAYE.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations, debtor/creditor reviews and intercompany accounting.
• Support budgeting and rolling forecasts across sales, labour, food, overheads and capex.
• Track royalty, marketing levy and franchise fee obligations by brand.
• Maintain month-end processes and work with the external accountant and auditors to keep files audit-ready.
• Improve the flow of data from POS to the ledger and automate routine reporting.
