Medlock Partners is partnering with a rapidly growing engineering business to recruit a Group Finance Business Partner for project-based work outside Preston with flexible/hybrid arrangements. You will advise on financial performance across multiple projects, partnering with operational teams to drive commercial outcomes and improve margins.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will support budgeting, forecasting, cost control and tender evaluations, helping to shape decision-making

Qualificações

• Background in project-based finance and management accounting.
• Experience with financial performance reporting and budgeting.
• Ability to translate financial information into actionable business insight.

Responsabilidades

• Review project and contract financial performance, profitability and margins.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Analyse performance against budgets, forecasts and tender assumptions.
• Identify commercial risks, opportunities and potential margin improvements.
• Collaborate with project managers and commercial teams to improve financial visibility.
