Job summary

Red Engine is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join the team. You’ll line-manage the Management Accounts team, monitor project expenses, and partner with stakeholders across finance, programme and central management to drive timely, accurate reporting.

You'll build strong working relationships, lead on month-end processes, and support cost control across capex, pre-opening and P&L. The role offers London-based hybrid working, competitive pay, annual bonus, and generous leave.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role with stakeholder management responsibility.
• Ability to lead and develop teams within a management accounts function.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to partner with multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train the Management Accounts team.
• Monitor and analyse project expenses and financials.
• Analyse data to identify discrepancies and provide stakeholder reports.
• Partner with Quantity Surveyor, Head of Construction and PMO to manage project costs.
