Pavilion Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Finance Business Partner in Burgess Hill. You will partner with engineering and operations to deliver robust financial insight, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive sustainable growth.

You will lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial control while supporting business reviews and finance system improvements in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly financial results and variance analysis.
• Lead monthly forecasting for project expenditure.
• Support annual budgeting and target setting.
• Provide clear, commercially focused financial analysis for decision making.
• Support business reviews with internal stakeholders.
• Develop financial agility plans to protect profitability.
• Provide analysis on expenditure, capex and headcount.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and governance.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports.
• Support audits and resolve issues.
• Contribute to finance systems improvements and month-end processes.
• Support investment reporting and acquisition accounting.
• Coach and develop colleagues across finance and engineering teams.
• Promote health, safety and wellbeing.
