Job summary

Eastleigh Borough Council is recruiting a Grounds and Cleansing Systems Coordinator for the Open Spaces/Street Cleansing services. The role is permanent, 37 hours per week, with a salary of £27,566 per year.

You will provide technical support, data analysis and reporting, and help improve service delivery while working in a busy, customer-focused environment. There is hybrid working and a focus on professional development.

Qualifications

• Educated to A level/NVQ level 3 or equivalent relevant experience.
• Full clean driving licence or access to transport to sites.
• Good ICT skills: Excel, Word and PowerPoint to manage and report work.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and technical support for frontline workers and managers.
• Analyse data to support service development and performance improvement.
• Troubleshoot issues from service operations.
• Produce reports and trend information; research topics as needed.
• Monitor and improve efficiency of rounds.
• Investigate and resolve service requests via the case system.
• Take ownership of smaller projects under supervision.
• Support ad hoc work and meeting logistics.
