Job summary

MBDA invites graduates to join its Digital Excellence Graduate Programme 2027 in Stevenage. The scheme offers four six-month placements across digital change, projects, architecture and AI & data strategy, within an international defence context.

You will work with experienced specialists and develop business, strategic and stakeholder management skills while contributing to real MBDA challenges and digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in one of the following disciplines, to a minimum 2.2: a broad range of business, engineering and tech subjects.
• Open to graduates who want to build digital capability and change across MBDA.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and collaborate across a complex international organisation.

Responsibilities

• Complete four six-month placements across Digital Excellence.
• Develop business capabilities, stakeholder management and strategic thinking.
• Contribute to change initiatives, project activity and digital product development.
• Collaborate with technical specialists and business teams to deliver value.
