Job summary

MBDA’s Digital Excellence Technical Graduate Scheme offers a two-year pathway across data, AI, cyber security, infrastructure and enterprise technology. You’ll rotate through four six-month placements, building technical breadth while contributing to an international defence organisation.

Starting September 2027, the programme features an onsite/hybrid pattern (2–3 days on site), a £31,900 salary plus a £3,000 joining bonus, annual salary review, and a company bonus up to £2,500 along with a

• Degree qualified in one of the listed disciplines, to a minimum 2.2.

Responsibilities

• Complete four six-month placements across Digital Excellence, gaining broad exposure to Cyber, Digital Factory, Business Applications, Workplace Services, Infrastructure & Networks, Enterprise Architecture, AI & Data.
• Work alongside specialists and contribute to real technical challenges, including design of solutions, data analysis, emerging technologies, and protection of digital foundations.
